Terms and Conditions
This offer is available to new advertisers only.
All contact details including email and telephone number must be up to date and displayed on your listing.
The property must be available to rent for at least the first 6 months of the 12 month listing.
The calender must be updated at least every 14 days.
Your listing must have good quality clear photographs and must be the maximum available for the type of listing.
All fields must be fully completed within the advertisement including a comprehensive description of the property of at least 1000 words.
You must advertise at least one month in the year at a special offer price.
There must be at least one guest review on your listing, which must be added one month into your listing term.
Your high season weekly rates must not be higher than £1300.00. If it is necessary for your rates to be higher than this figure, then send in a request detailing your reasons.
The subscription must be for 12 months and not be part of a special offer (unless agreed in writing).
The guarantee is not valid if the property is sold during the 12 month listing or leased on a long let (longer than one month).
The guarantee is only valid against the first advertised property.
The guarantee is only applicable to owners of the property.
Property must not be a timeshare.
Any booking received directly through personal websites (that are linked from your listing at Rentals365) will be seen as bookings from rentals365.
To qualify for the money back guarantee, you must register with the site within 7 days of your listing going live quoting your listing number, and contact details.
To make a claim.
To receive a refund, the claim must be made in writing within 7 days of the listing coming to an end. Clarification of the reason for the claim will be required and if necessary documentation to support the claim. Any claims thought to be made fraudulantly or in bad faith will not be paid. Costs may be incurred by the advertiser in the event of investigating a claim found to be fraudulent. Refunds are made at the sole discretion of Rentals365.
The refund may only be claimed by the property owner and the fee refunded by the same means it was paid.
There will be no deviation from these terms and conditions.
