Wine Country Beach House Rental

Our immaculate waterview beach house is located in a boating community in Southold, New York, only a mile from the historic village of Greenport.

It's the perfect place to relax and take in the North Fork's pristine beaches, award-winning wineries, antique shops, art galleries, and many other attractions including the U.S.'s 6th largest water park.

Fantasic water view ranch with central air conditioning on a very private corner half acrea lot bordered by woods. With three bedrooms (including one master bedroom with full private bath and cable TV) plus an additional queen size, bed-height aero bed in a separate living area--all with luxury linens, you'll have plenty of room for everyone. And with a full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, and all cooking equipment and utensils, you'll feel right at home.

During the day you can enjoy the view from a large deck with an outdoor living room set, two grills, two umbrellas, and a dining table that opens onto to a very large yard. Bring your laptop. We have high speed wireless internet service, unlimited local and long distance phone service included.

At night, enjoy two living spaces that both have working fireplaces. The family room has a huge sectional with a chase on one end. A large LCD High Def TV with HD cable as well as a VCR and DVD player. There's also a stereo with a six-changer CD player in the room.

We offer off season weekends. Friday 12pm to Sunday 5pm for $700.
