Luxury house set in countryside
The house is set in the countryside, with easy access to 2 motorways, and main roads. It is walled and gated, and has a large garden, with feature stoned pathways, and driveway. There is paved areas and a large terrace surrounding a beautiful private swimming pool. It has plenty of sunbathing areas and shade too, comes complete with sun loungers and chairs. The house itself is unique, with front raised terrace, archways, and vaulted ceilings. Plenty of chairs and tables for entertaining, and access through patio doors to the kitchen. Entering the house is a feature stone curved wall, and into the 1st lounge, a lovely room with plenty of light, and sitting areas, all rooms have air conditioning, hot & cold, mosquito blinds and security blinds. This room can double as an extra bedroom, as some of the sofas are beds. Then into the lounge, with fireplace, remote controlled seating, and lounging areas. There is a large 6 seater dining table and chairs and access to the terrace. There is a large kitchen, with plenty of wall and base units, fully equipped and with granite worktops. Access to the roof terrace and a large utility area. Through double doors into the hallway, leading to the bedrooms. There is 2 good sized, with fitted wardrobes. Then a 3rd Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and luxury massage shower & fitted wardrobes. Then there is a 2nd bathroom and shower. Down stairs is an extra entertaining room, and a large circular bedroom with access directly to the swimming pool. There is a also a intergral garage and large storage area.
Plenty of space
The house should meet all of your needs, and has lots to offer nearby. The location is good, although set in the countryside, the town of Catral is close by with all amenites. Bars, restaurants, great fiestas, shops, schools, banks, and supermarkets. The nearby town of callosa de Segura is large and has a stunning mountain and traditional spanish feel, but with designer products available to buy. All the towns have a weekly market, some are very large, like Almoradi, which is great for shoes and furnishings.
The spanish race are very friendly and polite, and welcome all newcomers that join in their way of life. There are many attractions, from medival fairs to museums and art galleries. Cultral events can be found nearer the cities of Elche just 12 minutes away or Murcia 20 minutes away.
