Warmly furnished, the apartment is part of a Tuscan villa in the famous Chianti Fiorentino region. Set in a dominating position the apartment offers you comfort and relax thanks to a private large garden, a covered terrace and a swimming pool, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view on the surrounding hills.
At complete disposal of the guests are also a private parking area, private garden, a wash machine space, a ping pong table, a small soccer field and a wood with a stream for relaxing walking in the nature.

The apartment consists of 2 floors and can guests up to 5 persons. Private entrance to the house is directly into the kitchen, that is fully equipped with gas range, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer. From the kitchen a beautiful big wood and glass door opens into a comfortable very spacious dining/living area furnished with traditional Tuscan pieces in keeping with the original terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. The fire place area is perfect for reading a book or just relaxing, watching TV. First floor is composed of 3 large bedrooms. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

The location of the hamlet where the apartment is set allows to visit Florence and Siena and other lovely local Chianti towns. Numerous other attractions also abound close by: hot spas, Etruscan and medieval ruins, ancient abbeys, castles, vineyards for wine tasting and dining, restaurants, riding school and golf courses.
