An ideal spot for a relaxing holiday, the villa is located in a tranquil area near the beach, surrounded by olive groves. The nearest sandy beach is within 5 min drive.

The villa is suitably furnished with all the necessary facilities for a perfect self-catering holiday for the whole family. Sunny and spacious, the villa boasts an open plan lounge with a fireplace, dining and kitchen area, two air-conditioned bedrooms and a family bathroom with Roman style sunken bath.

WHAT'S OUTSIDE
Outside there are two pergola-covered terraces for alfresco dining with wonderful views across the surrounding olive groves. The villa comes with a large private swimming pool suitable for the whole family with a shallow and deep area. The nearest sandy beach is 5 mins away. The villa is conveniently located near an idyllic old village with easy access to the motorway and the whole island.

ACTIVITIES AND TRAVEL

Surrounded by a distinctive countryside with sweeping hills and ancient olive trees, the villa offers the opportunity for a perfect relaxing holiday in a tranquil setting near the beach. The choices are endless - soaking up in the sun near the pool, exploring the old traditional villages nearby, checking the tavernas in Rethymno, cruising to distant little islands – you could take your pick – you will not be disappointed!

TRAVEL
The villa is within one-hour drive from Heraklion Airport. A car is essential for this holiday. A set of maps with clear detailed directions how to get to the villa will be sent to all our guests. Our caretakers will be responsible for meeting you and escorting you to the villa.

BOOKING, CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Please contact the owners via email to make your booking. Booking deposit will be required at the time of booking and a security deposit, fully refundable, will be required at the time of paying the balance 1 month before departure. All payments should be transferred electronically into the owners’ bank account.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
The villa could be booked on any day during the week.
Check-in: between 2pm–8pm. Please note that no parties will be accepted outside the check-in hours as our caretakers will not be available.
Check-out: before 12pm.

CARETAKERS
Our caretakers are available 24/7 to all our guests. They will meet you at the villa and will hand over to you the keys. They will help you to find your feet around and explore the area, will give a valuable advise how to find the best tavernas with home cooked Cretan delicacies and how to get to the beach, the shops, the banks etc. They are available in a case of emergency as they live near by and will help you with any of your requests.
