A lovely stone-clad, traditionally designed villa at a quiet, peaceful setting surrounded by orange and olive trees in Goudi Village, only seven miles from the beach and the town of Polis. The project is a four-bedroom detached single-storey bungalow, built with traditional materials but with modern specifications. The villa is situated on 1500 m2 of land with a large swimming pool and nature gardens. The swimming pool which is in front of the villa has an unusual freeform shape. Inside, the patio doors open an attractive stone-floored lounge with a beamed ceiling, an open fireplace and a courtyard patio leading to the rear of the room. The lounge is furnished with a leading television and four-piece suite and has an archway leading through to the adjacent kitchen/diner, equipped with a rectangular dining table, a fridge/freezer, an electric oven with a gas hob and a washing machine. A blue-walled corridor at one and of the lounge leads to the villas four bedrooms, one of which is a double one with an en-suite bathroom and the other one a double, also with its own en-suite bathroom and patio doors opening to the poolside terrace. This villa can accommodate two friendly families simultaneously.
